The steps seem so simple.
1. Run, swim and do calisthenics
2. Eat lots of food and get enough sleep
3. Complete a PST, arrive at BUD/S, and never quit
At least thats what everyone says online …
But somehow my training just doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere and I never know if I am doing enough or too much.
And I have seen others who have trained hard still not make it through BUD/S selection.
I’m supposed to see progress… but I’m hardly moving forward in my strength and endurance.
It’s been a year since I started training hard and I’m still barely able to pass the PST.
I’m not afraid to work hard. I know I can do this!
But, I’ve been doing everything they told me to do, and it's just not working.
I know I’m called to live a life of impact and purpose but I feel like I'm spinning my wheels in my training and going in circles.
And there is so much miss-information out there online..
